The whole-business ERP

One system.
See it. Ask it. Know it.

Accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory, assets, property, people, payroll, tax and lending in one ledger, plus Tarsier, an assistant that answers from your own books and never posts anything without your approval.

  • Every document posts to one ledger. There's nothing to reconcile between systems.
  • Mistakes are refused when the entry is posted, not discovered at month-end.
  • Every change to every table is recorded, with who made it and when.

Illustrative example. Tarsier proposes the entry as a card, and nothing posts until someone with the right access approves it.

Built for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and bolt-on apps: multi-branch groups, distributors and retailers, lenders and cooperatives, property owners, rental and service companies, staffing firms, and the accountants who keep their books.

Start from what a business needs

Seven things every owner asks of their system

Feature lists are long. What a business actually needs is shorter. We designed TarsierLens around these seven needs and checked every module against them.

01

Numbers I can trust

“Is this figure right, and can I prove it?”

Every invoice, receipt, payroll run and stock movement posts to one general ledger. Unbalanced, mis-coded or out-of-period entries are refused at posting and flagged on drafts, so month-end isn't when you find them.

02

Less typing

“Why am I keying in what's already on paper?”

Forward bills to your company's own inbox, connect bank feeds, drop in a statement or a scan. Tarsier reads them and drafts the documents, and your team reviews and approves.

03

Answers in seconds

“Where did that money go?”

Ask in plain words, search everything from one box, follow any document to its journal and back, and trace cash from its source to where it was spent.

04

No missed deadlines

“What's due, and is it ready?”

A compliance calendar knows each tax and statutory due date, including holidays, authority extensions and your own. Government forms are prepared from the same ledger.

05

Compliant, and able to show it

“Would we pass an audit or a regulator's visit tomorrow?”

Every change to every record is kept in an audit history that can't be edited. Tax and statutory forms are prepared from the same ledger as your accounts, and a copy of each form is kept exactly as it was prepared. Large cash transactions are gathered across branches into a watchlist for AML review. Personal data is encrypted, consent is recorded, and access is limited field by field, as privacy law expects.

06

The right people see the right things

“Who can see salaries, and who can approve?”

Access is granted per screen and per action, and the server checks it on every request. Personal names are encrypted and masked for anyone without the grant, including on printed forms.

07

Room to grow

“Will it still fit in five years?”

Add modules as the business adds lines. Run several companies and branches, trade in any currency, and keep your full history as you grow.

Ask it

Tarsier works from your books, not the internet

Tarsier is built into TarsierLens. It reads the same records you do, has only the access you have, and shows where every answer came from.

  • Answers with sources: balances, aging, sales, payroll, stock. Every figure links back to the lines behind it.
  • Drafts documents for you: journal vouchers, supplier bills, payment vouchers. Each one appears as a card, and the card is your approval step.
  • Writes and schedules reports: describe the report, save it to My Reports, export it to Excel or PDF, and have it run on a schedule.
  • Reads attachments: bills, statements and receipts, including scans, so you can search their contents too.
  • Runs analysis safely: heavier calculations run in an isolated sandbox that can't reach your live data.

Three ways Tarsier works

The Assistant

Works for the person at the keyboard, with exactly that person's access. It answers questions and drafts work for you to approve.

The Watch

Works for the company on a schedule or when something happens. For example, it sorts forwarded email and checks clearing accounts overnight. It prepares work for review. It posts only what a standing rule you wrote covers exactly, and records your name as the approver.

Your own agent

Already use an AI agent? It can connect on behalf of a named person and is limited to what both that person and the agent are allowed to do.

You set the rules

Decide once what Tarsier may post on its own

Most bookkeeping is the same exact match, day after day. Write a standing rule for that class of entry and Tarsier posts it under your name. Everything else still comes to you.

  • Exact criteria: amounts, references, accounts, currencies and parties, checked mechanically.
  • Hard limits: a ceiling per posting and per day, and a date the rule expires.
  • Accountable: every posting names you and the rule, appears in the morning summary and can be reversed like any document.
  • Revocable: pause or revoke a rule and the next match waits for a person again. Creating and changing rules is audited.

See it

Every peso, dollar and euro has a trail

Auditors and owners ask the same questions: what is this, where did it come from, and who changed it? TarsierLens answers each one with a click.

  • Document trace: go from any invoice, receipt, cheque or loan to its journals and the documents that settled it, and back again.
  • Money trail: follow cash from where it came in to where it was spent, first in, first out, across any account that holds money.
  • History on every record: every change to every table is kept, append-only, showing who changed what, when, and what it was before.
  • One search box: find any customer, document or attachment across the business.

Know it

Controls that run every day, not once a year

Refused at posting

If an error can be caught when an entry is posted, it is caught then. Drafts show warnings early. Period-close checks are the last line of defence, not the first.

Clearing accounts watched

Each clearing account is checked against zero. Anything left open names the document and the missing half, and its owner gets a morning summary.

Bank reconciliation

Bring in statements from a live bank feed, a CSV or a PDF read by Tarsier. Lines are matched to the book, bank-only items are booked, and the session is tied out and approved.

Approvals that mean something

Documents move from draft to approved to posted, and corrections are reversals rather than overwrites. Every approval names the person who gave it.

Document numbers you can read

Each module sets its own numbering, with monthly or yearly reset. Numbers have no dashes, so a partial number still finds the document.

A safe place to try things

A separate test environment runs beside live and can't contact anyone: outbound email, messages and payments are switched off there.

Modules

Everything a business runs, on one ledger

Start with what you need today and switch on more later. Every module posts to the same books, uses the same permissions and is covered by the same audit trail.

Every amount knows its currency

Currency handling goes beyond a single exchange-rate field. Each document line carries its currency and the rate as quoted, and settlements post their exchange gains and losses. Revaluation reports any balance it skipped. Yen are kept in whole units and dinars in thousandths, so no precision is added or lost.

Many companies, many branches

Run a group from one sign-in. Each company keeps its own books, number series, locale and tax currency, and each user works in the company and branch they choose. Reports can cover one branch or all of them.

Trust & security

Your data stays yours, and private where it should be

Documents encrypted

Attachments are stored encrypted with keys held in a cloud key-management service, separate from the database.

Permissions checked on the server

Access is checked by the service on every request, not by hiding buttons. When access is removed, it takes effect on the next request.

An audit trail that can't be edited

Change history is append-only. Telemetry and secrets are excluded only by an explicit, documented policy.

AI with limits

Tarsier has the same access as the person it works for. Its queries are read-only, and its analysis runs in a throwaway sandbox. Anything it writes is a proposal for someone to approve, unless it falls under a standing rule a person set, with limits and an expiry.

A database built for resilience

TarsierLens runs on a distributed SQL database designed to keep working through hardware failures.

Personal data

Protected field by field, everywhere it appears

Customers, borrowers, tenants and employees trust you with their details. TarsierLens treats each personal field as protected data with its own key to read it, not as one "sensitive" switch.

  • Encrypted at rest: names, addresses and postcodes, government IDs and tax numbers, bank account numbers, phone numbers and emails, and employment and education history are stored encrypted. The keys are kept in a secrets vault, not in the database.
  • A permission for each field: someone can see a customer's name but not their bank account number, or a phone number but not a tax ID. Grant exactly what each role needs.
  • Masked everywhere, the same way: on screens, search results, exports, reports, printed forms and PDFs. A report can't reveal a field the screen hides.
  • Closed by default: if the system can't confirm someone may see a field, it stays masked. It never falls back to the plain value.
  • Tarsier follows the same rules: it sees only the fields the person it works for may see. Protected values are masked in its answers, its reports and the screens it reads.
  • Searchable without exposure: you can find a person by name or ID without the search index holding readable copies.
  • Consent on record: customer WhatsApp messages are sent only to people who have opted in, and every opt-in and opt-out is kept.

Moving in

Bring your data with you

Changing systems shouldn't mean starting from a blank page. We work with you to bring your data across, whether it lives in another system or in spreadsheets, and check the numbers with you before you switch.

  1. Map

We go through what you keep today and agree together what moves across: accounts, customers and suppliers, staff, opening balances and open items.

  2. Upload

Your chart of accounts, customer and supplier lists, staff pay and bank statements upload from CSV or Excel files, or hand Tarsier the file in chat. Where your data doesn't fit a ready-made upload, we work it through with you.

  3. Check

We compare balances and open items against your old records together, and your team tries it in a test environment loaded with your own data. That environment can't email or pay anyone.

  4. Switch

You go live on a date you choose, starting from the opening balances you signed off.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is TarsierLens only for lenders?

No. Lending is one module among many. TarsierLens covers accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory, assets, property, rental, subscriptions, HR, payroll and tax, all on one ledger.

Can Tarsier post entries by itself?

Only where you have said it may. By default, Tarsier drafts documents as cards and a person with the right access approves each one. To let routine work flow through on its own, you write a standing approval rule:

  • You set the criteria. Name the job and the exact conditions, for example a bank line that matches an open receipt to the cent, with the same reference, bank account and currency. The conditions are checked mechanically, never by AI judgment.
  • You set the limits. Each rule has a maximum per posting, a maximum per day and an expiry date.
  • Your name stays on it. Each posting is recorded as approved by you through that rule, and appears in your morning summary.
  • You stay in control. Pause or revoke a rule at any time. Anything the rule doesn't match exactly still waits for a person.

A rule can only be created by someone who holds the posting permission themselves, and it can't do more than its author can. Tarsier can't create one. If the author loses the permission, the rule pauses.

Does the AI see data I'm not allowed to see?

No. Tarsier works with your access and no more. Protected fields such as personal names stay masked for it just as they do for you.

Which countries do you support for tax and statutory filing?

The Philippines and Ireland today. The compliance calendar is built to hold more than one country, each with its own rules, holidays and extensions.

Can we bring our data from the old system?

Yes, and we do it with you. Charts of accounts, customer and supplier lists, staff pay and bank statements upload from CSV or Excel files, and opening balances carry your position across. For anything else your business depends on, tell us what you have and we'll work out how to bring it in.

Can TarsierLens be shaped to how we work?

Yes. Start with the settings: numbering, approval steps, standing rules, reports, permissions. If something you need isn't there yet, tell us. We work through it with you, try it on your own data, and when it's built it reaches every customer.

Do you connect to our bank?

Bank feeds can pull transactions automatically through supported providers. Any bank's statements can also be imported from CSV or PDF.

We're all ears

A tarsier's ears are almost as big as its eyes, and we try to live up to that. TarsierLens grew out of the daily work of a real business, and it keeps growing the same way: from the problems our customers bring us. Tell us what slows you down and we'll work through it with you.

  1. We listen first

Before we show you a screen, we sit with the people who do the work, at the counter, in accounts and in the warehouse. We learn where the time goes, what gets keyed in twice, and which report you rebuild by hand every month.

  2. We shape it with you

Much of what you need is a setting: numbering, approvals, standing rules, report layouts, who sees what. What isn't a setting yet, we design with you, test against your own data, and refine until it fits how you work.

  3. We close the loop

When something you raised is built, you hear it from us, not from a release note. And because there is one system, an improvement made for one customer reaches every customer.

Things we hear, and want to hear more of

  • “Month-end takes us two weeks.”
  • “We type every supplier bill in twice.”
  • “Only one person knows how this report is made.”
  • “We can't tell which branch is actually profitable.”
  • “The auditors ask and we spend days finding the paper.”
  • “Our system can't handle a second currency.”
